Mr Kui Shing Lai

Mr. Andy Lai is currently a Director and a member of the Investment Committee of Belt and Road EPC Capital Limited..

Mr. Lai has over 30 years of merchant banking experience, having completed over 60 IPOs & reverse merger transactions in different capital markets and numerous M&A initiatives and cases with value created over US$40 billion. Mr Lai has global experience in structuring projects of special situation & cross border transactions particularly Infrastructure and Resources projects. Mr Lai has also been involved in a number of incubation of cutting-edge technologies involving space technologies, healthcare, green technologies, fintech and blockchain initiatives.

Mr. Lai has a Master Degree in Business Administration.

Chief Engineer

Prof. Liu Cansheng

Prof Liu Cansheng is currently a Board of Director.

Prof Liu is a world renown expert in Water Engineering, with over 40 years of experience in any water project in China and Silk Road countries. In his 40 years of experience, he has served as Head Engineer of China Machinery Engineering Corp, as well as being a VP of the National University Science Park of Harbin Institute of Technology.

Prof Liu has also held various senior roles, including being a member of the Water Supply Committee of the China Civil Engineering Society, Hononary Chairman of the Water System Intelligent Association, and member of the China Engineering Standardization Pipeline Committee.

Mr Edmond E Amir

Mr. Ehoud Amir is currently a Director and a member of the Investment Committee of Belt and Road EPC Capital Limited.

Mr. Amir is a financial engineering expert of EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) projects in Infrastructure, transportation, real-estate, natural resources, energy and technology industries.

Mr. Amir started career in the Reichmann family of Canada with 20-year track record on US$18 billion of transactions as a partner, principal, and advisor. He mainly engaged in significant transactions in the real estate, energy, and infrastructure sectors with the major PRC’s state-owned enterprises in various One Belt One Road projects.

Frederic Ferges

Mr. Frederic Ferges is the CFO and a member of the Investment Committee of Belt and Road EPC Capital Limited.

Mr. Ferges has over 20 years of experience within the corporate and professional service sector. He has held various senior roles, including CFO roles, Partnerships in accounting firms, and non-executive Director roles in public listed companies. During his career he has worked in various countries around Asia, Australia, Europe, Middle East, and the UK. He has also been involved in a number of IPOs, restructures, and capital raising engagements.

Mr. Ferges is a CPA and a licensed audit practitioner.
